Hey I had tried to set up an account 3 times with no success. I managed to port my old number and I have 2 extra charges on my account will that money come back to me with only the one account active

 please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
