Hi, I hope this is the right place to ask.
I signed up with Public Mobile a few days ago. I am using an eSim on my iPhone 13 Mini.
I'm using a physical sim for Bell, and an eSim for Public Mobile.
I got a new number on the eSim to use temporarily. Everything worked properly, I was able to use cellular data and make calls using the eSim.
I then did a number transfer from Bell to Public Mobile about three hours ago. I received the confirmation text from Bell and replied YES.
Within an hour my Public Mobile profile updated to show my "old" phone number from Bell that I was transferring in. Shortly after I lost service with Bell on my phone.
Now several hours later and in the Cellular section of the Settings app on my phone, the eSim still shows the temporary Public Mobile number that I got when I signed up. It has not updated to show the number I transferred in from Bell.
I've tried restarting my phone multiple times, turning off the Bell sim in the Settings app, and even removing the Bell sim while the phone is off. Yet still the Public Mobile eSim shows the wrong number.
How do I get the eSim to update to the correct number?

That seems to have done it, thanks @Handy1
For anyone else that may stumble upon this:
I had a physical sim showing my old number from previous provider, Bell.
I had an eSim showing my temporary number from Public Mobile when I set up the eSim.
After resetting network settings on my iPhone, both the physical sim and eSim showed my Bell number that I was transferring in, and everything seems to be working. Until I reset the network settings, the eSim number would not change.
Cheers!
