Trouble with adding US Roaming ... again.

Can't get past the "Deduct" option after clicking "pay 1$".

@Jerry1948 you sure you paid twice?

PM's transaction history will show 2 lines for each purchase like this and each renewal.  So, if the Payment history shows 2 lines, it is one charge only

but if they really charged twice, ask PM for refund

  Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

do you travel to US frequently ? If so; might be better to just get a Canada / USA/Mx plan. They have some decent prices for those plans and then you don't need to use the troublesome, 15 day US Roaming add-ons any longer.

try again using PM app.  if you already using PM app, uninstall and reinstall the app

and try using browser with Incognito mode to access PM Self server and buy it from there
