Hi,
I'm having trouble with the self-serve account. I have tried to change my plan but when i choose the option it takes me to another link that says "Error". Is there another way to change it online?

@kymoh_7, is your plan currently active, or are you in a suspend, or expired state?

Hey @kymoh_7,
You have to go through the selfserve portal. Try using incognito mode on Chrome browser, or try a different browser.
