I am trying to help a friend with two different PM accounts that she looks after.
Account #1 - She can log into this Account but cannot log into the Community. When trying to log into the Community it says the Username is taken.
Account #2 - She cannot log into either the Account or the Community Account. (She needs to get into the account to change the credit card info.) The cell service is working fine for this account but when trying to log in, she gets the following options (Resume Activation or Go To Login Page). Choosing Go To Login Page is just a continuous loop.

PM site has problem with browser cache and it might be a worse problem when you login two accounts on the same browser
best to use a different browser for different accounts (like Edge for one and Chrome for another account)
or use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser
