Trouble shooting

I have a problem whenever someone calls me I don’t receive their call. But when I call they get my calls. What can I do in this situation?

this used to be a common issue with some handset

What phone do you have?  Try to set your network mode to 3G and test couple days and see if the issue is gone.

@Hermela2006  Did you just port your number to public mobile ? And did you leave old providers SIM card in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text ? You would have had to reply YES to it with in 90 mins if receiving the text if you didn’t reply to text you will need supports help to fix
