Tried porting phone number from Zoomer Mobile (CityFone). Have the IMEI number, which was directly copied from my settings, and received the message above.
Have not been contacted by support and it's been nearly 5 hours. What steps should I take?

This part is really a reminder to Public Mobile, but that text message needs to be corrected as there isn't a carrier in the country who satill uses ESN or MEID device identifiers.
As for your IMEI, there are sometimes extra digits at the end that aren't needed. Also, some phones also have more than one IMEI. Whenever possible, the account nubmer should be used instead.

There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
