I am out of the country right now, and am not receive calls or text messages. I am trying to port my number out to another carrier, but I can't receive the text message to do so. The other carrier gave me a manual port request number, but I can't seem to find a way to contact customer service to do so. Is there a number or email I can use to make this request?

that could be a problem. There is a high chance PM support can just approve the porting on behalf with your verbal approval. Ask them. Please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
