Hi.
I am trying to set up my account. I have been waiting for my SIM card since December 8th (presently 10 business days), the mail has already come and still no SIM card. I tried filing a support ticket, but I don't have an order number to get support by that means so I can't submit the form. My payment has gone through my bank, but no where can I find an order number, not even on the email notification when I signed up is there an order number.. Please advise. Do I really have to purchase another SIM card???
Thank you

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send a private message To CS_Agents

Hi @chrisE7,
You can find the locations that sell Public Mobile physical sim cards by using this link:
https://publicmobile.ca/en/qc/pick-up-SIM
Just enter your postal code and it will identify the closest locations to you. As mentioned by @hTideGnow, you can then ask customer service to reimburse you the cost of your previous SIM that hasn't arrived.

SIM cards can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered. Wait until January 2nd and if by then your SIM card isn’t delivered then submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent.

HI @chrisE7
sim card delivery could take as many as 3 weeks. But don't wait, just ask support for update. Please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

I would also ask them to let you buy from local Telus and Koodo store and just have them to reimburse you, so you don't have to wait again for another delivery
