I just entered a subscription a couple hours ago, I may have entered the wrong imei for my phone where i should have used the one labled esim because thats what I want to use, is there anyone that can help me reset my info?

Thanks for the help everyone, you know for a self serve service they really should make sure the app functions, every time I try to do the login THROUGH the site I just logged into it hangs on me. Still not resolved.

Do not Port in with the IMEI Number, always use the Previous Providers Account Number.
IMEI Transfers rarely work.

Ah, I suppose I need to wait for a PM rep to see this thread for that to get started? Can seem to go back to the info entering page through the app or the website on desktop.

@Carlson Best not to use the IMEI just the old providers account number . There a number for live support will send you it private message to re trigger port request
