Trouble activating eSIM and getting service

I just swtiched to Public Mobile and cannot access service

Have you already downloaded the E-SIM through the app? If you have does it show up in your settings? Make sure that it is enabled (turn on this line on iPhone), make sure it’s the only sim active, and then reboot your device.

@shores  Have you downloaded the new PM app to finish the activation ? Have you reboot the phone , or reset network settings ?
