Hi there, My name is Cole and I'm still waiting on my SIM card, it's been a few weeks. Can I get an update on the shipment status if possible?

Unfortunately it seems to be 3 weeks and actually longer. The delays seem to keep increasing. People jump on here and usually find out too late after ordering it. I would recommend either going in store or ordering from a place like Canadian Cell Supplies, not only is it like 70% cheaper there, you actually get it really quick. You can connect with a CSA and ask for a credit to the account due to the long wait and you going elsewhere but no guarantees. Even so you can use it as a back up sim for yourself or give it to a friend/family member in order to get the referral bonus.

HI @colechal2 It could be as long as 3 weeks for PM to ship sim card
Best to open a ticket with PM and see if they can find out if they already shipped out yet.

@colechal2 Hi it can take up to three weeks they are slow hopefully it will be there soon
