I think I solved it. I went through the "Need to create an Account" Beside the account login and I went through the steps to create a self serve account. And then once that was completed all my info was in the self serve account. The reason I was getting an invalid sim is because it is linked to my current account and its in use! Guess I just have to wait for my current # to port over.

Usually when this happens it can be fixed by just waiting an hour and then trying again. Let us know if you try this and it still doesn't work.

@dubsnbass You just need to wait for the activation lock to expire in about an hour and then try again.
