@Tony1955 , at what point in the process did you progress? If you have gone too far, then you might not be able to start from the beginning. The front end is all about setting up an account. The easiest would be to abandon the email address used and redo with a new email address.

Thanks Eddie; I seem to be stuck in this loop. I have my new SIMs and started the process but it's hung up on the last step.

@Tony1955 if you have already started the process you probably just need to go into the Public Mobile app which should be installed on your phone. There you can update your account with the new SIM card you have
