Traveling to Costa Rica

Is there a plan for data and coverage while we are traveling?   If not, what do I need to do with this plan or my phone to ensure we don’t have any charges.  There are 3 of us who have plans.  Thanks

You can use WhatsApp or Fongo app for free calling and texting through wifi.

@Jkgrenier  No sorry PM only has roaming in the U.S. and Mexico , but because PM is pre paid service you won’t endure a surprise bill as it just won’t work . So best to get  travel eSIM or local pre paid SIM card in your destination

your Public Mobile service will not work in Costa Rica. You should try to find a travel sim on-line for use while there.

Disable SUBSCRIBED until you return to Canada...but ...make sure to do so before 90 days in suspension.

as per suggestion of @Handy1 , you don't have to do anything with your cellphone as there will be no surprise charges when you get home.
