Transferring the public mobile number to another provider after account deactivation

My prepaid plan ended two days ago and I have decided to migrate to another company, but I would like to keep the same number. It was not possible for me to receive the message from Public Mobile requesting the confirmation of the number transfer. How can I make the transfer in this case?

Your account has to be active in order to port number to other provider.

 

Do you mean your plan is suspended or cancelled due to no payment for 90 days?

If suspended, reactivate it and port out.

If cancelled - deleted then you lost your number. Maybe, just maybe if you are going to same company (Telus, Koodo) something could be done regarding your number.

HI @thais8845   Sorry, not possible unless you are going to Koodo or Telus

 

for all others, you have to reactivate your account and port out your number.  But you can activate the cheapest plan to do that, $15 plan
