Transferring phone number

Can I transfer a phone number from the existing PM account?

The reason for this is that the new offer only applies to new activation but not plan upgrade and I don't want to lose my phone number.

On your other post, you indicated that your account is closed so your old number will be on hold for 90 days.

Don’t know if you can retrieve it back but best to ask a CS_Agent.

You can only port a number over if your old account is Active. So the chances is very slim to porting your old number over.

You will need to purchase a new SIM, if your old account is closed.

You cannot change within. You can port out and close your account and then port back in. The question is where do your park your number? voip.ms or ??

@youxing Hi if you port a number that account will close permanently but you can port that number to a new account with a new email and sim
