How to transfer number if phone is broken and can’t receive texts to authorize

@jaleger  Yes it will if you haven’t already tried to port the number if you did you missed the 90 min window to reply yes and I that case you need porting team number will send it to you private message just in case for live support if you missed the 90 min window to reply YES to the confirmation text

Yes, just place the old SIM in the new phone. All your account information is in the SIM.

You might need a remove or add a spacer if the SIM doesn’t fit in the new SIM tray. Hopefully they are the same size but if you need a spacer. Just go to any cell phone store and they will give you one at no charge.

Yes, getting a new one anyways. Do you suppose by placing my old SIM card in new phone would do….it’s just to authorize number transfer

@jaleger  Get another phone to use for the text confirmation , or buy a new one , sounds like you need a new one anyways
