Hello, just changed over from SaskTel to PM. Answered the SaskTel message requesting the transfer with yes, however, incoming calls and texts are not coming through. It's been more than 8 hours. Tried turning off the phone, taking out sim card, and turning back on. Under the sim settings it states public mobile but "disconnected". Any solutions fellow PMers?

All fixed! It was an error with my IMEI input. Thanks all for your quick replies!

@hho So, you can make outgoing calls without issue?
there is a number you can call to talk to porting Support team. I will private message you the number. Please check your Community inbox, envelope icon on top right

All communications are done through the private messaging system of the envelope icon next to your plane avatar. Not email.
Edit: no no...just the first 6 digits. If you're willing to share.

I've submitted a ticket but I can't access my email to connect with them without my phone number.

@hho : Can you try the SIM in another phone. Can you share the first 6 digits of the number. iOS? Android?
