Transferring number from fizz, 8 hrs no text

I still haven't received a text message to transfer my number from fizz after 8 hours. Is this typical?

Yes, fizz account is active and I have their esim still as primary.

No, you should've received the text within minutes up to maximum of 90 minutes.  Is your fizz account still active? Did you leave their sim card in/on your phone?

there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update or they can resubmit the port request.  I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.  Please check and call them
