Trying to switch providers but the transfer request never goes through

I am trying to switch providers but when they are trying to request a transfer it does not work. I also tried going through the live support and they say they attempt 5 times every 90 minutes and i never got any text of that either. How do I get the transfer request?

transferring out? you will have to ask PM agent to check if they receive the transfer request

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
