Does locked out only mean that you forgot the password?  If your service works, you can port out and don't need to get back into your Public account.   You can use IMEI instead of account number  You'd only need to reset the password if you have autopay to turn it off before porting out.

@Mag3 @You can reactivate with the cheapest plan $15 just to have it active along with your sim to do the port. You cna use up your data and minutes if you want before porting

@Mag3

To port out of PM, your account must be Active and kept up with monthly payments.

If you are Suspended, you can't port out so login to your account with your email and click on Forgot Password to make your payment.

Once your account is Active, go to your new carrier and active the SIM but keep the PM SIM in the phone to confirm to the text your are porting out.

@Mag3  - if you have the activation email from Public Mobile, than the account number should be found in the To Line of the email.

Ensure your public mobile account is active prior to porting out (unless you are going to telus or koodo, there may be some exceptions there).

OR, if you want to get access to your self serve account, did you try the forgot your password option?

If that still doesn't work, ask CSA to get you back into your account and remove any payment card you may have attached (not attacked) and obtain your account number to port out.

Then the other provider takes care of the rest.

Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:
