Transferring issue

I recently switched from Lucky Mobile to Public Mobile but encountered issues transferring my number (###-###-####). Customer support informed me that the ESN/MEID I provided was incorrect.

i think it's ok now, Oracle Softech has removed it for you

there is a down arrow to the top right, you can click and expand the menu and select Edit Message

dont use IMEi/MEDI, use account number

there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update.  I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.  Please check and call them

first remove the phone number.  This is an open forum and you are posting to public.  Go back to your post,click the down arrow and select Edit Message

As to the port, it is better to provide the account number of the old carrier instead of IMEI

PM porting support team can help with updating the correct info.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call
