Two days ago I was transferring from Chatr mobile to public and I didn’t receive transfer confirmatory sms from Chatr. What can I do?

Well, I was going about finding the telus phone number only to come back and see a substantial edit of the above post. When even the king picks up this behaviour I guess all hope is lost.

A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins. If you don't get the text, the porting won't be completed
And your Chatr account is still active?
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
