I switched from Fido to PM and I followed all the instructions until it says to install eSIM and that didn’t work. Then I tried to log in to the account on the app but it doesn’t work. The log in works only on the website. But I’m locked out because it’s asking for a sms verification code but my Fido is deactivated during this process and I have no SMS on PM so I’m kind of stuck now. Any suggestions?

@JunT  Check phone setting sim manger the esim might have already installed and you just need to enable it it / make primary . If you have iPhone be sure to toggle on “turn on this line “ . And remove old providers sim and reboot the device or reset network setting and test again . If still no luck you can engage support to help fix just
