Unable to select email options as an OPT

Hi there I’m trying to activate my code but I’m unable to select an email address as the OPT 

it’s quite annoying so struggling to figure out how to do it

Try clearing cache and go incognito before login to your account.

If that didn’t work then you need to contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat icon then type in Submit a Ticket then Contact for an agent to help you login to your account.
