Hi, I'm trying to port my number to Freedom and it seems like I'm getting an error with my account number issue. I have tried both the 1000000**** number and the one without with no success. Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Just a caution- I’ve tried freedom and then cancelled my account because I decided to stay with PM. HOWEVER freedom keeps charging by autopay. I have chatted with agents and each time they tell me that they will fix this issue but again I was charged a few days ago.

hi @akcabrera make sure your PM account is active
if you got the account number from your My Account or from PM app, then you are right
call back your new carrier and ask them what was wrong or ask them to help to port manually
