I need transfer back to bell, bell has sent the transfer request to you but didn’t get accept. Need your help to approve the transfer request ASAP

i think because your account with PM is still new but you can contact to support team by private message CS_Agent to do it for you.

Hi @fengling1129 why move back?
Again, ask Bell to re-trigger the process.
If Bell tries again and you still not receive the text in 30 mins, please open ticket with PM CS Agent
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

I did replied Yes text to bell then got PM account active, but now I want to transfer back to bell, but did not receive the text from PM to activate bell. Don’t know why PM isn’t sending me the text. I don’t have any problem receiving texts from others.

you did transfer to public mobile, when !! and is still your account with bell active ,, when you did transfer to in here do you getting SMS from bell about transfer out and you reply yes.
if you reply yes then your account with public mobile is active now !
then keep your SIM card for public mobile and transter out and you getting SMS from PM and you reply yes.
and if you didn't reply to bell SMS yes, then your account with bell is still not transfer to.

HI @fengling1129 your PM account is active right?
Make sure you can receive regular text on your PM Account, ask your friend to send you one to text
Then ask Bell to re-trigger the porting request

@fengling1129 - your public mobile account number needs to be active and your public mobile SIM card in the phone to approve the SMS text. Did you get the text in the public mobile sim card?
If not active you will need to reactivate your account.
If you no longer have the public mobile sim card, you may need a new one..or ask CSA nicely what they can do for you.
