Transfer phone to new account

BFM127
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

My phone number is 709-x-x.

My daughter Mikaela x's is 709-x-x

I am currently paying for her phone. As she is now 'on her own' she will start paying for it. She doesn't recall setting up an account so we don't know where it is!!! Yeah I know. Anyway how do we transfer her phone to her credit card??

Thanks

@BFM127

Do you remember if your daughter activated in store or at home?

If in store, you would not have created a self service account.

You can create an account now:

https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

If at home, would have created an account when she first activated her SIM card. User name is email address.  If you forgot password, you can try to reset password.

If all fails, you will need to contact customer service agent.

@BFM127  As for your question. Do you know know the email address and password you use to log into the account?.

If you do remember, log in and click Payments then bottom left "manage my card" and change the credit card details.

If you don't remember anything you'll have to contact support. Be prepared to answer lots of questions so they can verify that you're the account holder.

Contact customer service agents.
