I started the phone number transfer from Bell for more than 24 hours but it's not finished yet. I can't receive phone calls to either the phone number I wanted to transfer nor my temporary number. Is there a problem? How do I know the process is completed other than manually checking?

While activating the PM SIM, did you leave your Bell SIM in the phone and wait for a text from Bell and confirmed YES for porting over to PM?
Then power off the phone to switch the SIM card?
If yes for both then it may take up to 90 minutes but normally it shouldn’t.

@diemha the porting process might not have completed
did you receive text on your Bell SIM to confirm you are leaving and did you reply YES to it? an reply is need for the porting to go through
If you have replied yes, have you reboot your phone yet? Maybe try reboot once again now
but no worry, i will private message you a phone number to call to confirm the porting status
