Hello everyone,
I recently ported a number for koodo. Went through the esim set up.
My old account has been deactivated and the old sim removed.
Restarted my phone and still no cell service or data.
Any ideas? I'm on a samsung s22

Hello Everyone, just an update.
Looks to be on Koodo's end, I had to call and have a customer service agent cancel and authorize port my service over on their end. The Text was not being accepted.

hi @Keenkay so, PM eSIM clearly showing in your phone?? is it showing enabled or is "Turn on this line" enabled??

Yes old sim card was removed and phone was restarted.

Did you remove your old SIM card and reboot the phone?
