No worry. Most porting in are done without issue. And usually, the porting in issues are from the source providers or the person forgot to repty YES to the old provider.
The porting team is a live support group and they will provide status update and clear instructions to what need to be done

If you are trying to port a number from another discount carrier to Pm, good luck. They don’t have a very good success rate with this and use Telus for tech support.

Porting in?
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
