I tried to transfer over to Koodo using the promo, went through Koodo's port number thing online. Now shows my account with Public Mobile is canceled, but koodo never got the nuber and they see it as being canceled so they can't transfer it.
I need my number back! Please help

@jkarpala, Since there is no way of knowing where the number is, I suggest you contact the Public Mobile moderators ASAP and have them try to recover it. At the same time, push Koodo to look again...
