You need to contact Rogers to have them resend the confirmation text to you. Once you receive the text, reply with YES confirming you are porting over to Rogers with the active PM SIM in your phone. You have 90 minutes to reply or porting will be cancelled.

Click on your avatar picture or the envelope and then select the message tab.
In the to line type the name and search the correct one with the P.
Click the red square with the pen to search the name.

In order to port out, you Public Mobile account must be current. Keep your Public Mobile SIM in your phone until you receive the sms confirmation. Also ensure that you provided the correct account number.
Also, don't tag agent. You need to message them directly.
