@CS_Agent - I have recently transferred my phone number to Koodoo. This transfer was successfull, and my network on my current phone immediately got disabled.
My issue is with my account on the Public website - I tried to unsubscribe from automatic renewal of my payment, but it's not working for some reason. So could you please unsubscribe my account from the auto renewal option. I tried to raise a ticket - but constantly getting the 404 error while doing so.
Also, I had a query regarding the rewards accumulated in my account so far - is there any way for me to cash out those rewards? I have close to $50 worth in rewards, so I was curious about that.

When you port your number to another provider your account is automatically closed.
Unfortunately you will loose all your rewards.
