I did all the transfer steps, but received a message saying my RSN/MEID number was wrong, what do I do? The link isn't working.
Also I didn't receive a text from my old provider

You need the old SIM in your phone to receive the text confirming you are porting over to PM.
Also,
your old account MUST be active to port out so don’t cancel and keep up with payment.

@Ddenniss Best to use old providers account number and ignore IMEI it’s not needed anyways . But no worries I’ll send you the lodging team number private message right away . Call them and give just old providers account number they can re trigger the port request for you
