do you have an account with PM yet?
If not, you can request porting while you activate. Step 2 of the activation process, just enter your Bell account # and other info:
If you are existing PM subscriber, login to your My Account, In the Profile Page , click Change Number, use the Transfer Phone Number tab and start with entering the phone number
Please note that transferring from Home phone could take as many as 3 to 7 business days
