open setting s to see if the esim is actually there already. If so; disable your old esim and set Public Mobile as the primary. Restart cellphone

hi @Mima450 you meant the eSIM QR?
you have problem with it because the eSIM already installed by the app
make sure you disabled your old carrier sim card or disable old eSIM
make sure your PM sim is enabled and set as Primary. Reboot your phone and Reset Network Settings and it should work. Try both inbound and outbound calls and data
