Transfer e sim to physical sim

So I need a little help plz. My Sim just came and I need a for dummies guide to getting my account from esim to physical Sim

so i also can not get into my self serve. this is a new account. i set up on e sim but had issue and it got wiped. i had not at this point signed into self serve. now when i try to it sends conform code to my email and than another to phone via txt which i can not get to input it. any help with that plz?

@stranded_sailor , I don’t have screenshots like @Handy1 does. Only instructions in words. Sorry 😞 

Once you have a new SIM, follow these steps to update the SIM number associated with your account:

Log in to the Public Mobile app  (select + symbol on bottom left) or My Account (click  >  symbol on bottom left)

  1. Go to the ‘Profile’ tab
  2. Select the pencil icon next to your current SIM number
  3. Enter your the 16-digit code of your new SIM
  4. Select ‘Save Changes’
  5. Reboot your phone.

@stranded_sailor  Do this in your account profile page and SIM card swap the number

Note only do this on lap top or computer/ not mobile device

HI @stranded_sailor 

i doubt you can login My Account to make the sim change at this time,  so, just submit a ticket with CS agent and they can change it for you
