Can you tell us what you did so far?
Did you reply to the text with the old SIM in the phone confirming you are porting over to PM? There is a 90 minute window for you to reply.
If you missed this most important step, you need to contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process again for you.
Contact them through SIMon Chatbot or private message them on this Community.

Is your prior provider account active?
Did you leave your prior provider SIM card in your device and reply "YES" to the port authorization request?
