I saw the FAQ says I can use Canada Post to track my SIM card using my order number and postal code, but my transaction history and receipt do not have an order number? I saw other threads saying it's taken weeks to arrive despite saying "2 business days", so I was hoping someone could help me identify my order number so I can at least track it. Thanks!

hi @KikiCat they probably won't cancel
but if you waited long, over 10 days, message PM and ask and they might allow you to buy in person elsewhere and reimburse

Nice. Once PM has sent the SIM card, no way to stop it. Best to keep it as a spare card if you ever need it OR if there is ever a day you have a friend or family member wants to try Public Mobile, give them the card for $5 and use your referral code so you get credits on your account. Win Win!!

Hello @KikiCat
There is no way to track a Canada Post SIM card order. It's up to the "Postal Gods" sort of speak. It can take up to 3 weeks however with what's happening with Canada Post right now, might take a bit longer.
To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.
Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99

hi @KikiCat PM uses regular Canada Post and no tracking
and the 2 days just how long for them to ship out. Usually you get the sim in a week's but could also take as long as 3 weeks
if you need to her the order status, ask PM agent.
