Do we receive a bill of the total amount due before the due date?
My account says $17 in available funds and $3 owning. Is there tax and any other fees to be added to the $3?
I am set up for auto pay, but I need to transfer money to that account for mine and my spouse's accounts so i want ro make sure I transfer enough.

@Lyndsay No.

When you make a one-time payment using selfserve the taxes get automatically added so you just select the $3 and the system will automatically add the appropriate taxes.

a) No bills; just no service if you don't pay up.
b) Tax is added to, and only shown on, your credit card. All amounts shown in your self-serve account are without taxes.
c) You may add one time payments at any time if you are concerned that autopay might fail. I've had no issues with it in 5 years. On second reading, it sounds more like you are using a debit, or prepaid, card; so, yes, you do need to ensure there is enough to cover taxes for the amounts that will be charged to your card.
d) If you click My Rewards on the landing page of self serve, the estimated amount to be charged to your card is shown. Available Funds and Rewards are always used before charging your credit card.

When you log into your account then you can see any rewards. The total would plan cost less rewards then you would need to include tax.

So you have $17 in available funds. $3 owing.
But what rewards do you have coming your way? $2 for autopay, any referral?
Rewards would be credits to your available funds so let's just say auto-pay reward as an example.
$2 autopay credit to balance.
Brings balance to $19
Now based on what you said $3 owing. I am going to guess you're on $25 plan with a $5 discount??
But forget about that in this example we'll keep it just a $25 plan.
$19 balance after autopay reward credit. Would be $6 charged to your credit card plus your province taxes.
To pay for $25 plan
