Topped Up Wrong Plan

I had intended to change my plan to a 30 day plan from the 120 day plan - but then topped up with $40.00 before changing the plan.  I only need the phone for another 20 days!!  But to activate I need to add another $$ for the 120 day plan.  Is there any way I can either cancel and get my $40 back or change the plan to a 30 day plan and have the $40 Public Mobile already has to it?  Very frustratedd with Public Mobile!!!!  They should not take $$ from you without alerting you that it is not enough for the plan your on!!!!

If you have money sitting in your available funds you should be able to go into the self serve and do an immediate plan change to the 30 day Plan.  I should have asked this first, is your plan active or has it gone into suspension.  If it is suspended you should submit a trouble ticket through SIMon ( the question mark lower right corner of screen) and let the moderators assist you with this.

If you're willing to let go of any continuing value of your original plan, you can choose immediate plan change to use the $40 you put in.

Is the $40 in your Available Funds?
