Credit Card Expired Trying to Update Card No Option

Hello,

My credit card has expired for my account and i have lost my service on my phone.  Tried logging into my public mobile app and they say go to payments to update credit card information.  However there is no option there.

The only option is resume activation when i click nothing happens and it just times out and brings you back to the logon page.  

I tried clearing the cache in my browser and incognito mode still nothing.  Downloaded the app and logged in on my mobile and there is no option only to setup a new plan.  Also tried different browsers.  Is there something wrong with the site?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as i need my phone work ASAP.

Turn off ad-blocking or privacy protection restrictions on your browsers if you have them on.

In the first post the customer stated the logging in isn't working.  A customer having an account but the system erroneously says to resume activation is a known bug and only a customer support agent can help with that.

There is an option to Sign Up or Log In. Just login to your account on the PM app.

Once you are login. Go to Payment tab>Update Card Information.

@lushieboating I have heard that if a credit card has expired and PM was unable to process your payment then you will need to buy a voucher from one of the venders and then load it to your account. You can try making a manual payment through *611 but if it does not allow you then the voucher is the only way to go. You can try contacting a support agent in case there is something else they can do to help.

Sometimes you have to wait a day or couple days to try again to work

If you cannot wait to resume service, but a voucher from Shoppers Drug or London Drugs and load the voucher to resume service
