Changing Subscription Issue - same day as cycle change + editing payment info

Hi, 

I received notice today my account had been suspended due to a payment issue (oops).  It's either the last day of the prior cycle or first day of the next. 

When I went to edit payment details to get that fixed, I decided also to change my subscription.  I chose to 'change upon renewal' option.  I hit the 'confirm and pay' button and got a screen saying it went through and that the changes would take effect today (which makes sense, since today is the 'renewal' day of the cycle).  But, when I checked back it wasn't showing as my current subscription.. just the old one still.  I tried this two or three times. 

After, I went to make sure my account was reinstated (which I thought was done when I changed the subscription as it was a 'confirm and pay' button and I had updated my payment details).  But indeed the same account suspensions seemed to be there, with the old subscription amount.  I ended up paying this amount immediately because I don't want any issue of missing service from account suspension.  

But now the new subscription is still now showing up anywhere.  Like I have to start from zero on that again?  And then when I go to do that it's showing it will take effect July 10 (not today, June 10).  

Sooooo is it not possible to change subscription the same day as a cycle change?  Did I do something wrong and can it be fixed?  I want the new plan to take effect today (with the new payment amount).

Try to check again using browser with incognito mode as it could be a browser cache problem 

If you still see the old plan, ask PM to check for you 

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
