Contact customer support to credit back to your account the double charge for your plan amount. Keep an eye on the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. Responding promptly will speed up service times but expect a reply within an hour however due to the service issue from yesterday you may have to wait longer for a reply than usual.

Could you please delete the images by editingbyour post with the arrow on the right side of your post and then also delete them from your image library in your profile. They contain sensitive account info leaving your account at risk.

I top up on March 29 and yesterday my plan was working it reweb anx today it was suspended said I had to get a never top up to use my phone

They are currently STEALING from their employees by cutting off service to many customers this past week.
Keep harrassing the agents to get your money back. It's the only thing that has seemed to work for people.

Would need more info? You mean you were double charged or paid twice with both top ups? Probably related to the major issue yesterdayif your service is back up and running.. You could leave the second top in your balance for next renewal
