I purchased a 4 Gig top up plan for my account that was to be active today, but it doesn't appear to be in my summary or working on my phone. How do I know if or when the data will be activated on my phone or plan?

So when you changed plans did you select a future dated plan change?
Today is your billing date?
Did you check your payment history to see whether you were charged the new plan?

There was a promotional 4Gig plan I guess I changed plans? But it is only showing my talk and txt $25 plan

When you say top up you mean you changed plans? I don't know of a 4Gb addon
