I bought a Public Mobile sim card and had the phone number changed a month ago.
When I top up my phone using the 611, it actually topped up the phone number that is not in use.
Could I have some help to get the 10$ on the wong number on my actual number, please?
Thank you

I don't get how that even happened @sevepozzo . I think this is the first time I have heard of this happening.
Did you call from the public mobile device using 611? If so, how did it go to a different account?
When you check your payment history, do you see it there? https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history

@sevepozzo Are you sure the number change did go into effect and you were able to actually use the new number?
I think you'd have to submit a ticket to customer support and ask for assistance. Here's a link to the chatbot: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help
