I tried to login and I exceeded the amount of tries and now I don’t know what to do. What is the steps to unlock that?

@Simonlavoie3 there is actually no more account lock, you can close the browser and try again if you want to
If you forgotten the passowrd, first try to use the Reset Password link there on the login page (or direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password) enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works
