To create a myaccount

I have to make a payment to keep my account active.

Unable to create my account. I am frustrated and going in circles.

How do I create my account to pay my bills

If the account is currently in suspended status you can also look into obtaining a voucher to make a payment through 611,  see here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles?q=vouchers

If you have created a self serve account and you are having issues logging in, try clearing your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device. Opening a tab in incognito mode may help as well.

Also, too many failed attempts may temporarily lock your account access. Try waiting a few minutes before you try again.

NOTE:

If you have been in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days, then you lost your Public Mobile account, phone number, and access to self serve.

Clear your cache, cookies and go incognito on your browser before you start creating an account. See if that helps.

When did you first activate your service with Public mobile?  Did you activate in store with vendor or at home?

If you activated at home, you would have automatically created a self service account.  You choose the email address for login and password yourself.  

If you activated in store, you will need to create a self service account.  In the previous system, you could create one yourself.  Now you will need to contact customer service agent to create My account.
